Update 97 is here and brings a long-awaited new location to Minion Rush! Jump in and explore the new Minion Express access, Day by Day event filled with love, new Adventure Run, and themed Season Passes.

Minion Express

Welcome Minion Express, a new ad-skip feature that allows you to instantly claim a fixed number of rewards without watching ads.
How does it work? Once you get access to Minion Express, rewards that normally require watching ads become skippable, allowing you to collect your in-game prizes immediately. Please note that there is a fixed number of rewards you can claim per day.

New Year Fortune Season Pass (February 16). New Lunar New Year Season Pass is coming your way soon. Don’t miss out!

Day by Day Lunar New Year's Day (February 16). Celebrate Lunar New Year in a new Day by Day time-limited event.

Adventure Run Lunar Party (February 16). Celebrate Lunar New Year in Adventure Run! Roll the dice to collect good fortune while enjoying lanterns, glowing presents, and festive lights.

And of course, update to Profile Customization with new avatars and frames to decorate your profile! 

Bug fixes

  • Fixed the Dice Fragment collection process in the Action Phase of the Adventure Run event when the Gru’s Rocket power-up or Jet Booster gadget is active.
  • Fixed “Play N times” mission progress not being counted in the Minion Mash-Up / Adventure Run Action Phase.
  • Fixed missing VFX and SFX for Dice Fragment pickups in Adventure Run when Gru’s Rocket or Jet Booster is active.
  • Fixed crossroad buses appearing as decorations in the Action Phase of the Residential location.
  • Fixed bananas not being collected when the player runs through them in the first seconds after reviving.
  • Fixed the ID copy function having no indication for a user on the Loading screen.
  • Fixed obstacle destruction animations not having enough time to play as the Minion’s speed increases while using the Ultimate power-up.
  • Fixed the Minion changing track lanes during the crash animation after colliding with 2-3 lane obstacles in all locations.
  • Fixed Minion Armor being displayed without textures during activation in the Action Phase.
  • Fixed “Reach a score in one run” not counting toward mission progress rewards at Profile Level.
  • Fixed moving obstacles being pushed back and not disappearing after collision and revival.
  • Fixed the crash wall animation playing repeatedly when colliding with certain obstacles in the Bratt’s Lair location.
  • Fixed the player clipping into barrier obstacles during the crash animation when colliding while jumping.
  • Fixed the player having no collision with Bratt’s Lair moving obstacles and running through them when the Banana Vacuum is active.
  • Fixed an issue where near misses were impossible and the Minion could get stuck in a bubble while not on the gum road in Bratt’s Lair.
  • Fixed Minions sometimes having default animations while being far away from the player in the Residential location.
  • Fixed the Prize Wheel entry point not being hidden in the Main Menu after collecting all rewards.
  • Fixed Info/Action labels being displayed in the Events Menu even when the Prize Wheel entry point is deactivated.
  • Fixed cases where player couldn’t avoid obstacles after jumping from the Jumper in Bratt’s Lair.
  • Fixed the candy print decoration on the toboggan not being removed during the Action Phase in the Gru Lab location.
  • Fixed multiple issues with the Punch Glove obstacle in the Gru Lab location.
  • Fixed door obstacles switching back to a closed state after collision in the Residential location.
  • Fixed Power-Up tutorial flow breaking if the Results screen is opened via the Pause menu before picking up the power-up in the Action Phase.
  • Fixed decorative particles appearing and disappearing on Welcome / End pop-ups during the Adventure Run event.
  • Fixed a white glow appearing inside minions’ mouths during animations on the Unlock Reward screen.
  • Fixed the 2D Bratt’s Lair location screen appearing on the Results screen after the Action Phase in all locations.
  • Fixed the Prize Wheel entry point intermittently disappearing from the Main Menu when a CRM campaign is active.
  • Fixed missing yellow VFX during sliding on the toboggan in Bratt’s Lair when a gadget is paused.
  • Fixed high-resolution decoration textures appearing while using Jet Booster or Rocket power-ups in specific locations.
  • Fixed Minions despawning in the secret room as the player passes through the Pier secret room.
